The Inspired Women has teamed up with QiYoga to bring you a full day of pampered bliss. Off the back of our half day Boss Goddess Retreat we has soooooo much feedback that you (a) wanted more and (b) wanted it to be more intimate, so we've created this beautiful day just for you.

QiYoga is the blend of chi gung (ancient Chinese healing energy work) with hatha yoga and meditation. A beautiful healing and rejuvenating fusion.

Our retreat is designed just for you – a day of relaxation, rejuvenation, stretching and mindfulness.

Our retreats help you to create positive change and empower you to help you be the best you can be to facilitate greater self-discovery, happiness and a more fulfilled life.

What Else do I Need to Know?

You don't need to worry about a thing! We have everything covered. Just bring your own yoga mat (or we have spares you can use).

We provide:

  • spring water to enjoy throughout the day
  • delicious and healthy morning and afternoon tea
  • organic and freshly prepared lunch (gluten free of course!)
